Paul and his team were extremely friendly, organized and efficient. They guided my wife and myself step by step through the process answering any questions we had. When my husband and I were looking to refinance, Paul was able to get us the best rate available. He reached out directly to go over what to expect in the process, which went quickly and smoothly. I have done multiple refinancings with Paul Archibald, and highly recommend him for anyone considering a refi. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. He's also honest and fair - in fact, one time he actually gave me the advice that I should NOT do a refi given the current interest rates and my individual circumstances. His team is also quick and supportive, and went out of their way to make the application smooth and easy. I would definitely use him again, as I am already a repeat customer.

My wife and I decided to refinance, and I began looking at rates online. The rates were good, but not quite what I was hoping for. I had refinanced with Paul back in 2013, so I thought I'd reach out to him again. One quick phone call, and he gave me rates that were almost a half a point lower than what I'd found online with local banks and national companies. The next day, we locked it in and I closed in roughly 30 days. It was quick, super easy, and now it's behind us. I can't recommend Paul enough...

I have worked with Paul and his team during several refinances and each time they are quick, efficient, and very helpful. The process is now completely online due to the pandemic and it was user-friendly which says a lot because I am not good with tech. I highly recommend Paul and his team.
