Very professional, thorough The staff was very courteous, patient and welcoming to me. Dr. Kazmer came across as very knowledgable, competent and was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment options to help me arrive at the best decision. He was also very courteous and personable as well.
Professional, friendly, on time I am a dentist and have known Dr. Kazmer for many years. Having referred hundreds of patients to him, I know that he is technically proficient. This having been my first experience as an actual patient, I am even more impressed! An immediate hello upon entering the office, courteous and friendly staff encounters, timeliness in being seen, and a clean atmosphere are all reasons I would highly recommend Dr. Kazmer in addition to his technical expertise.
Exceeded expectations My experience overall was excellent. I was pleased with the way I was fully informed of my procedure and the after care and expectations. I found the staff to be very attentive and caring which helped me to relax. Dr. Kazmer was professional but approachable, knowledgeable and gentle! I also appreciate the fact I was checked on after the appointment.
From the time I entered the office until I left, every aspect of my experience was positive. The first person I encountered treated everyone as though they were the only one in the office. The staff was friendly, professional and educated me during my visit so that I knew exactly what was happening. Dr. Kazmer has treated me before but he always explains procedures in such a way that I understand everything the first time it is explained. I feel at ease and know that I am in good hands!

Expert service First time customer. Came in for a tissue graft for a tooth with receding gum. Put off the procedure for several years because I was expecting a long, dreadfully painful experience.
