Easy surgery My dental Hygenist/assistant was great. She moved quickly to make impressions, covered me up with a snuggle blanket and get me ready for surgery. I don't remember the surgery as I was asleep the whole time which is fine by me! Also I do appreciate the thorough discharge instructions. Only area that needs improvement is billing. I'm still not clear if the office is filing with my insurance or if this is my responsibility to file for reimbursement?

Painless and Pleasant My original visit was for four extractions. Dr. Kazmer spent a good deal of time listening to my concerns and explaining the procedure. He was totally receptive to my anxieties and I was able to undergo the procedure under anesthesia with absolutely no pain. Follow up was excellent. The hygienist (Jennifer) was caring and gentle and Dr. Kazmer's review of her work and my progress helped me feel very confident that I was getting excellent care. High quality educational care Aside from providing high quality dental care, Dr Dr Katzmer's office encourage me on how to take care of my teeth. Upon each visit, the team let you know what they see and whether you have to change your maintenance routine or continue it. After some visits, feedback, advices, and recommendations, I finally have a good maintenance routine that is working for me. I thank Dr Katzmer and his team.

Gum disease is not so painful when dealing with friends I dislike having gum disease, but I do enjoy my encounters with the staff of Dr. Kazmer's office. I always feel as if Jennifer, Dr. Kazmer and the staff at the counter are friendly, efficient and treat you like a team member in your gum health.

On Time First visit today for a consultantion. I found everyone to be very professional and the explananation of my procedure was thorough. My only complaint is my appointment was at 1:45 and it was 3pm before I was able to get out of the office. They were running about 15 minutes behind getting me in which delayed from there.

Excellent Experience This was my first time going there for a periodontal cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety so I was initially stressed out about the visit. After just a minute, thanks to Jennifer, my mind was at ease. She was very friendly and made me comfortable throughout the process as she explained what she was doing and asked me questions. She did an excellent job and before I knew it, she was done! I am smiling much brighter thanks to her!
