Working with Crystal Clark and the Dash team was like taking an all inclusive vacation for free! Any first time home buyer can tell you that the process of buying a home can be stressful, overwhelming, and at times, not a fun experience. Dash staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, so that part of the loan process was great. The online portal was also really easy to use. The timeline of the loan approval was the most frustrating for us because we only got news of repairs that were needed 1.5 weeks prior to closing, and then additional repairs came up on the secondary that were given to us during the end of the grace period (after our original closing date).
