We were 1st time home buyers. At first, our experience wasn’t going well. The original account rep didn’t follow up with emails, or return phone calls. When Paul was notified he quickly switched our account over to Amanda. If I had a question Amanda or Paul were so quick to answer it. If there was miscommunication, it was cleared up quickly.
