More promptness..... I can‚Äôt blame Paul though, that‚Äôs the thing. I believe the hold up is all in underwriting. But after I had provided all my information on time, just 3 days before my closing date, my closing costs went up by about $3000 that I was not prepared for. Not Paul‚Äôs fault but definitely soured my entire experience.
