Hello, The team was great however the paper work was inconsistent. I was told it was little to no closing costs to us during refinancing our home, however at the end of the day the cost to us was over 2 K . I have no problem paying but wanted a clear picture from the beginning. Also there was a lack of communication, our loan officer would never pick up the phone and call. Everything was always through text. I had to beg him to pick up the phone and call me at times.
