I felt the order in which documents were requested was askew. Also, if a loan advisor is there to advise then clients should be informed about the process and what documents they should hold on to. Communication was efficient. Also, any time a new estimate is higher than the previous one the client should be contacted and the price increase clarified instead of just sending the estimate.
