Paul was very responsive and easy to get a hold of throughout the whole process. He made this a very smooth process for a first time home buyer! Overall I was happy. The service was really good, but the interest rate was higher than other institutions that were available to me. A last minute snag on employment verification was poorly communicated by the underwriters. I thought underwriting was good to go two weeks prior. :|
