I held a small baby shower at my home and ordered small hors d'oeuvres from the “do it yourself cocktail party” menu. My guests raved about everything that was passed, from the shrimp, to the dumplings, crab cakes, tuna keepers, to the filet mignon sliders. For dessert we had chocolate covered strawberries and eclairs and cannolis! Everything was presented beautifully on sturdy trays that were serve ready. Delivery was on time! Trying to find another reason to throw a party just so I can order again!

Absolutely fabulous Passover feast. The brisket, the stuffed cornish hens, the ducks, the mango glazed sea bass, grilled veggies, poached asparagus, the tzimmes, the apple kugel, the chocolate mousse cake, chunky applesauce, the charoses, the knaidlach; the fresh fruit platter; every bit of everything was moist, delicious, tender, juicy, roasted and toasted and seasoned to perfection. It was gorgeous, and it was beyond yummy.

Great Rosh Hashona meal once again. ordering andpick up is quick. Everything is well packaged for transport and easy heat up. The tastiest way to host a dinner party. I will always think of Paul Evans and Tibbles for my catering needs.
It's all about the food, the presentation and the service. These guys knock it out of the park on all counts !!
