Lack of communication was the biggest problem. We had 2 telephone calls with the "team" and that was because documents that were needed We could not download to their page. We realize that most people are tech savvy, but there still some who are not. If you are told several times that someone doesn't know how to do what you request, One should at least be able to pick up the telephone and TALK to the client. We also don't check e-mail all the time.
