Paul & Royal 💯 👑 👏 🏠 My wife and I had such a positive experience in our first ever with Royal and Paul Otto. We have gone through home financing five times prior in the span of our home ownership. This was by far the least cumbersome process we've had to date. Paul was regularly in touch. Underwriting clearly communicated. The appraiser was pleasant. The notary too. Everyone involved was highly skilled and proficient! I highly recommend working with them.
Paul went above and beyond! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Paul Otto. He was always there to answer any questions and help with any problems that my buyer was having. Paul was always the******.and always promptly returned phone calls!!! You are indeed very lucky to have a person of Paul’s quality, expertise and integrity working for you. I will surely use him again and again and again!
Love my new home!! My wife and I were looking to purchase a new home and find something that was going to help provide more space for our family. My in-laws have had to move in and my son is due to be born in the coming weeks. I got recommended to work with Paul through a friend and he made this process so easy. I get really nervous with things like this and my anxiety usually goes through the roof. He was able to keep me calm and walk me through every step. I’m so thankful for the patience he had and absolutely love my new ... read more
Great Experience with Paul Otto Paul was excellent to work with. The process of buying a house can be super stressful but it makes a big difference to have someone like Paul who is attentive and stays on top of things. I had a lot of questions. He was very kind and patient at all interactions during the process. I am very happy with my experience working with Paul Otto. I can't recommend him enough.
The debunking I was and still am blown away by the service and care Paul was able to bring this transaction and over all experience. I went into it thinking it would be arduous and that I’d have to do all of the leg work. Within the first conversation I knew this team would be helping me and completely debunked my preconceived ideas about how much it would be difficult. Working with Paul felt easy and fun and I would highly recommend him for your mortgage service needs. He made thing clear and explained every detail making s... read more
It was a wonderful experience!! I’m so excited !! Paul made my experience so easy!! He made it happen really quick. I’ve never dealt with anyone as efficient before. Paul made sure I understood everything without rushing me along. His explanations were very easy to understand. He also offered me more than one option. I felt he really worked hard for us, so we didn’t have to do much at all!! If you ever need a loan, Paul Otto is the BEST!! Thank you Paul for a great experience!!
I applaud Paul Otto He was so honest with the questions I posed, I had been trying to refinance for a better interest rate for the last 6 years. I was finally able to get that done. Working with him and his team was a very positive experience. Thank you, Paul and team!
