very informative, and very comfortable
Everyone was so kind ,caring ,compassionate. Everything was thoroughly explained, My husband and I were knowledgeable about what was happening. I couldn't have had better care anywhere. The staff was absolutely awesome. A heart felt Thank you to you all. Especially for getting me home for the Thanksgiving holiday with family.
From the first meeting Dr. Treadwell made us feel confident that we were in the hands of a doctor with skill and experience as well as a caring and kind spirit. He explained things, what would be done, what side effects to expect, the duration of treatment, etc., in terms that were very clear and understandable and with patience and compassion. I say "us" because I am the patient but my wife was with me for every visit. The staff, from receptionist to nurses and techs were wonderful.
During my 6 weeks of treatment by Dr. Treadwell, I found the level of caring, expertise and positive attitude to be exceptional. Every question that I had was addressed immediately and their professionalism allowed me to keep my dignity intact during a very personal and scary experience. In short, Dr. Treadwell and his staff did everything in their power to make this portion of my treatment as positive as possible.
The staff at the Pecos office has got to be one of the finest group of people treating patients at what could be the worst time of their life. They have a way of making you feel better on your worst days. It was wonderful to see them every time I went for treatment. Thanks for the uplift when I needed it the most.
Dr Treadwell is one who listens to his patients. He answers all your questions and is genuinely interested in your well being.
After spending years living in Hawaii and then on a sailboat while growing up, I began to experiencing the effects of sun exposure in my early 40's. I've had 4 Mohs surgical procedures and was facing number 5. After finding out I was a candidate for radiation therapy in lieu of more slicing and dicing on my face, I was referred to Dr. Paul Treadwell. From the very first meeting through the entire treatment regimen, Dr. Treadwell and his staff provided the very best possible service.
I met Dr Treadwell at Sunrise Hospital at about 7.20 am he came into my room took one look at me and said "Yes about six weeks or so and we'll get rid of that " thing", call my office for an appointment." handed me his card and was gone the whole interview took four minutes. Now I'm not sure that he was not really Santa, it is a little over six weeks but that "thing" has definitely gone. His staff are like him, magical elves who took care of me everday with love and caring . Thank you all so !
I was very nervous going in. Dr. Treadwell did an amazing job explaining the risks and necessity behind going through radiation therapy to erase the pseudo-tumor behind my right eye. Completed 11 sessions with no side effects. I can see just as good with my right eye as with my left one. Got some follow-up appointments to confirm the erasure of the pseudo-tumor. Also, I was seen on time each time and I really appreciate the promptness and care from all the staff, including Dr. Treadwell.
