I have been seeing Dr. Wu for over 3 years he does explain well and advises what can be done some treatments have helped me a lot only thing as others have said is the wait times it is always at least a half hour or more one time I had some minor surgery scheduled for 9am but didn't happen until 11am waiting in preop is very pain full Getting appointments is very difficult unless you get it right after a procedure but he has helped me a lot so I'm returning again
Yes, there is often a wait to see Dr. Wu, but it is worth it. Dr. Wu has solutions when all else fails. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and offers alternatives to major surgery. He performed a Laminectomy and several ablations that were practically pain free and very successful. I walked out the same day each time was able to resume normal activity the next day.
Dr. Wu has helped me with my lower back and has provided excellent advice on how to control my pain. He takes time to listen to you and never in a rush to move on to the next patient. Very happy with this excellent doctor.

On my first visit to see Dr.Wu, I arrived 15 minutes early, was promptly brought in to exam room where I sat for the next 2 hours. I was repeatedly told he would be in shortly. On my 2nd visit today, I arrived 15 minutes early, was promptly brought into exam area again. After waiting 30 minutes a nurse came in to review paperwork. I explained my concern about my prior visit and that I was not going to wait that long again. She stated it wouldn’t and he would be in to see me after another 30 minutes( similar to last time). Unfortunately, I've encountered many of the same complaints listed here. Waiting times as if the patient's time doesn't matter, repeated visits and no real treatment and trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. It feels more like I've walked into an auto body shop waiting for my car to get looked at rather then a doctor who moves things along in a professional matter. Visit this office for the first ti me for a spine injection For and after waiting for almost an hour a nurse(?) start to “prepare me” for a much bigger procedure then I was expected. I ask to see the doctor for a more detailed explanation and she said I will not see him till the procedure. With that I walked out.
My appt was for 1:15 for a 10 minute procedure kep me waiting till three and asked me whlouch side was the pain. Shouldnt he have known what he ws doing. Wa not informative on what to expect . Had me go for days and never gave me results. DONT GO TO HIM. I got no pain relief from his procedure . If anything my pain is worse.
