Recommendedwhat a joy to have this clinic in west Richland. I was so impressed with their quality of care and knowledge. I took in my older dog and received excellent care, the following day I brought my cat for a nail trim and exam.I expected the worst behavior from my cat, but the Doctor and assistant calmly took care of her without howling or scratching. wow am I impressed. Pricing is reasonable and care is excellent. Go see for yourself.

My pet had a very bad reaction to medication they had me give him. the next morning when I talked to them about it. They didn't seem to care nor would they help me. the only thing I could give him was aspirin for his pain. I ended up losing my dog. it's my opinion these people do not care about animals at all they only care about the money they make

Took my dog in, was treated great by staff. Price for well check was normal,price to remove tooth was outrageous! Took him to his regular vet (out of town ),they removed absessed tooth same day for $280. 00 compared to Paws 680.00. They explained their service may of included more. My dog was in pain with this tooth for weeks so needless to say I am not impressed and will not go back! Oh, they gave me antibiotics $39.00 my vet $9.00. Check around folks!
