I like that I get text alerts about my balance and I can go in so easily and put money on my account. And I like to see my usage and how simple they make it for me to do that. I've never had a company be so easy when it comes to electricity.
I have had nothing but positive experiences so far far! The rates are excellent too!
I'm grateful to have them as my electricity provider When I can't make a payment they help out with a small payment and I just pay back a little at a time
