The whole process of signing up was very easy and for me it's the cheapest way to get electric. Don't think its any different than service with a contract. I was with the largest and most expensive company in Humble for 28 years and that meant nothing. Rates kept going up and even though I was loyal to them I got nothing in return. Thank you payless

So far I like Payless power. The website is easy to use I find the text alerts very helpful. I had 1 issue so far. I called customer service on my break at work. Hold time was not bad, he rep was nice and resolved my issue so fast I had time to grab something to eat before my break was over. I'm impressed.
