Definitely a friendly power company!! They been more than patient enough for me and my family. Their should be more time added of course but seriously been with this company over a year and nothing but greatness!! The app is easy to use as well so I don’t have to be on hold for 30 or more min.

So far I love this service. They had power on within an hour on the date I requested service. It was all done from their app and it literally took me 15 mins at the most. I get daily updates of power usage and amount in my account so I know when I need to add funds without worry and I simply open my app and use one of my saved cards or add another one if you need to right from the app and in seconds your payment is made and you're good to go! Worry free! Great job guys, Thanks for making it easy!
