We lived in a second floor Apt on the same complex with reliant energy our bill was never under $250 per month, it was devistating for 2 seniors on a fixed income then we discovered Payless our bill was cut in more than half! Easy pay as you go system. I love it. Just have some money on a card & pay quick. Payment plans & extensions are available if needed.
