It was one thing after another with John. Firstly he was trying to fool my grandmother into paying for more things ontop of what we had asked him to do, he had said there was faulty wiring and that he needed to call a friend to see what to do, but we had 3 separate inspections done in that area recently so we know it's correct. Secondly he stated that our dimmers were faulty, they which of course were not.
