Availability and normal pricing; just what was needed. For the old fax machine, this cartridge seemed to have doubled in price locally, with few places stocking it too. My order was accurately processed, new, unopened and priced about half , though normal I believe. I was happy with the transaction and able to allow my mom to keep using the machine with which she was familiar. She was very pleased.

THE BROTHER PRINT CARTRIDGE BROUGHT ALIVE MY DEAD FAX MACHINE After tinkering one more time with my "dead but hardly used" fax machine, a message indicated it needed a new ribbon. Without hesitation, I ordered the Brother PC-101 ribbon. After removal of the old one and the plastic end on the new one (see instructions), it was easy to just drop the ribbon in place. Immediately after that I was able to print a page and next send a real fax. The five rating is in order.
