My daughter enjoyed her appointment, and everyone was helpful, professional, and friendly. However, since her appointment a week ago, I’ve received an email or text EVERYDAY since then. Seriously... I took my 2 year old son to them and he is scared to be held down like any other child at that age. the lady was yelling at him and telling him to stop screaming because it was hurting her ear( More then once) and then the put the stuff on his teeth and he started spitting it out like anyone would if it didn't taste good and she put her hand over his mouth and said we do not spit like he was trying to spit on her and then told him he wasn't getting a prize that he was bad! so needless to say WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! My son doesn't do well at doctors appointments. He screamed and cried, but they handled it well.
They have a policy in place that says you cannot go back to the treatment area (for fillings and other work) with your child. The hygienist was rude to my special needs child at his cleaning, so i wanted to go back with him to have his teeth pulled. They basically told me that because he didn't have an autism diagnosis, i could not go back with him.
