I personally wouldn’t recommend this pediatric dental office to anybody for a few reasons. Mainly being that the dental hygienist(curly brown head lady) was rude to my son, she wasn’t kid friendly at all. She left X-ray machine in my sons face and he just pushed it over she told him “don’t touch it and move it back” as he did what she asked “she yelled get your hands off of it”. While completing the X-ray she treated my son like he was basically an adult and should be used to the pain of an X-ray. After getting to the room... read more

Dr. Hill is not a good pediatric dentist and I do not recommend! I took my 6 year old in today to have a cavity repaired and Dr. Hill walked into the room and never introduced herself to me or my child. Due to my child having anxiety, Dr. Hill refused to care for her. I wouldn’t allow a “stranger” to touch me either! Dr. Hill should have introduced herself, explained what she was going to do and used her “pediatric dental training” to determine how to interact with my child in order to help her feel safe. She failed to do ... read more

Normally I can leave here bragging about how wonderful they are to my little boy (he has anxiety when it comes to certain situations and also has ADHD) when I tried to explain to the lady that laying down makes him uncomfortable she went on to patronize him when normally anyone else works with his anxiety. I don’t like that. Don’t ever tell my child “You’re 5, even 2 year olds do it” Even his medical doctor understands this about him. The service here is wonderful don’t get me wrong, I just hope they keep their staff mindful... read more

If you have certain policies in place, please state so BEFORE confirming an appointment. Do not wait until the day OF,to make up some imaginary policy and then insist that the patient reschedule. I have 4 kids, all ready to go,with help for once, and this is what we get. LIke we are absolutely stupid, for not knowing that your kid should be clear 2 WEEKS of any illness, before seeing a dentist. What a joke. We will go elsewhere.

My wife received a call on Saturday stating that we had an appointment for our children the coming Monday. This was the weekend of Thanksgiving, not to mention when my wife tried to call back, they were obviously closed. So we called back on Monday to reschedule. My wife was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist and was told over and over again that we would have to pay $35 per child for re-scheduling. This is not how a business should be run and we will be taking our business elsewhere since they don't seem to care for ... read more

Cleanings and checkups are great there, but if your child has to have any kind of procedure done, you aren't allowed to go back with your child. My daughter is 11 and had to have a baby molor tooth extraction done that won't come out on it's own, she was scared and just needed me to be beside her, but they said it is their policy that parents aren't allowed. We left and will go back to our previous dentist that doesn't have a problem with that.

My child was always singled out when we came in. What's wrong with her nose or she has a cold sore that was almost completely healed. I felt like everytime I came in there they didn't want to deal with my child because she has sinuses problems. Made me schedule appointments in the morning because my child was wiggley. She has anxiety. She goes to o.t. I would not recommend this dental office to any of my friends!!
