Very disappointed with PDQ on onedia st, Went to get a the a manager's special and decided we wanted to upgrade to next wash up and they denied us because they are to busy for that. Won't be visiting again.
Very disappointed with the car wash I just received from pdq on Oneida street in Green Bay Wisconsin. There was still dirt all over the inside of my doors. If I knew the inside was still going to look that dirty I would have not gone. I will never go back for as much as I paid. It doesn't look like they vacuumed anything but the floor mats and a very poor wiping on the interior. I watched them clean it and they wiped the same spot over and over in an area that was not dirty instead of tending to dirty spots. Can not get over... read more
I'd have been better off running it through a "drive-thru wash" and just hoping it out. Anything they touched was just severely smeared dirt, I had to stop at a gas station to rewash my windows they were so streaked. They didn't bother vacuuming about a third of the truck. And the plastics were half wiped down half not
I paid extra to have my mats cleaned, and they forgot to put the mats back in my car. I had to stop back in 4 times before they found mats that would even fit my car. Worse part, not once did anyone apologize for what happened, and not once did anyone apologize for making me come back so many times to try out the mats. That's terrible customer service.
For their "Managers Special" you would think they would do a much better job. Really disappointing overall at the level of quality at this location. With 4-5 kids working in one vehicle at a time it should be pretty clean, but stills slot of leftover dirt , crumbs, on the seats. Was vacuuming even done I wonder. First time using the service and don't think I'd ever waste my money there again.
RecommendedHorrible service ice on Shawano Ave I could wipe off the dirt with my finger but their car wash that I paid for couldn't !
