Very pleased with my preventive maintenance plan. Harold just came out and performed a service and was very professional. He switched my compressor to quiet mode to lessen the noise during the winter and to prolong the life of my compressor. Highly recommended!

My air conditioning kept freezing up and the compressor would not turn on so I called peach tree air conditioning on a Sunday to see if I could make and appointment than following Monday and the lady that answered the phone was super nice and accommodating and scheduled me an appt for Monday and the tech John came out today and he called prior to coming. He was extremely professional. He explained everything and he was extremely accommodating with my home warranty I have. He did an absolutely amazing job and it’s freezing in my house just how we like it. Needless to say, we are super satisfied with this company and their very professional Emplyee John! Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Peach State Air Conditionaing of Statesboro, Georgia. About 8:00 last night, Gail and I realized that it was getting a bit warm inside. Looked at the thermostat to see that it was 79 degrees inside even though we had it set for 74. After an hour of climbing temperatures, at 9:30 I decided to call Peach State in hopes that they have an answering machine so that I could schedule a technician visit for today. To my surprise, a live person ansered and told me that they had a serviceman who could make a visit in about an hour. I agreed, and, at 10:50 John arrived after phoning to let me know he was on the way. By 11:20 he had diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The external electrical breaker for the unit had gone bad. John was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. We strongly recommend Peach State Air Conditioning for anyone who has AC issues.

Our Nest alerted us that our house was 10 degrees warmer than usual. It was 83* inside and the temperature outside was 85*. I was working at the time and gave Peach State Air Conditioning and Refrigeration a call to set up an appointment for them to come check it out. They answered the phone immediately and the first person I talked to was the only person I had to talk to. No transfers. No hassles. No problems setting up a visit. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. I was surprised to get great same-day service and I will not use any other company in the future.
