Not Customer friendly at all. Will never get repairs done here ever again!!!!
Cant ever get anyone to return a phone call or even complete a simple repair estimate. Whether its in the service dept or body shop. Absolutely amazes me at the lack of concern. If I don't stay on top of calling them my truck just sits there.
