Awesome
Great location and value for the money! All really was good but some updating of furniture would be nice, mainly the chairs in the room. Also, the top step of the pool ladder is loose and I took a bad slip off of it. Cost, cleanliness, ease of being here, parking on site, location all nice.
Great value and location in Fredricksburg! The air conditioner was not cold. Location was near Main Street. Close to shops and restaurants.
Unusual motel! For the price (which was rather high) breakfast could be stepped up. Best bed I have ever slept on. When we first got there we weren't too sure as it looks like a 1950's motor court. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Best for us in Fredericksburg. Price, location, quiet, and clean. Our fourth stay there and we will be back again.
Exceptional in most ways. The microwave didn't work so we had to use the oven. Breakfast was served the in the cramped lobby of the front desk. Cabin was very clean with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a TV in both the bedroom and the living area. The porch had nice seating and faced a very attractive back yard with fire pits. The continental breakfast was well stocked with something for every one including a Keurig and large variety of coffee and tea pods.
