Homey and clean! Room was small but had a small Kitchenette and table w/2 chairs which was nice. Homey but very clean. Close to historic Main Street.
The short stay was fantastic. Great, helpful staff. Very nice complementary continental breakfast. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable. Close to downtown Fredericksburg.
Loved Fredericksburg Not comfortably furnished. No tables near sofa for putting down food or drink. Overhead Lighting was blinding. A lamp next to sofa would have been nice. Wine and water a nice touch. Homemade pie at breakfast great. Shower was great.
Would love to stay here again. Toilet in bathroom (Room F) is small and tucked in a corner, so be warned. Big people might find it challenging... Charming place, big room (F, as in Fredericksburg), kitchen/dining room was really a nice bonus. Welcome wine and water, cookies in the office, and a calico cat that walked over to say howdy. Easy to walk to downtown, although oddly enough (our first visit to "Fred"), the town seems more set up for cars, with 45 mph streets.

I wanted to stay longer! We stayed in a cabin at the back of the property with the backyard overlooking the ravine. Cute! Close to town. Loved it. Only regret was that we couldn't book it for a longer stay!
