Perfect location Nothing. A huge bungalow with 2 bedrooms when we were expecting a room. Front porch with tables and chairs. Back porch with a swing.
Very refreshing, we will return. Property is dated. It takes a bit of time to appreciate what it offers having recently stayed in new facilities. Room size was large, well furnished and clean.

Great place in Fredericksburg for the price! Breakfast Very comfortable establishment. Also, unlike most other hotel/motels in town, they didn't require a 2 night stay.
Exceptional
Eine gute Lage, um Fredericksburg zu erkunden. Das Frühstück ist eher sparsam, zudem ist der Raum arg klein. Besser, man nimmt sich sein Essen mit zum Zimmer. Wir hatten im hinteren Bereich eine Cabinhälfte. Sehr ruhig und mit Ausblick ins Grüne. Da wir früher anreisten als ursprünglich geplant, bemühte sich die Rezeptionistin sehr, uns für den Gesamtaufenthalt eine Unterkunft ohne Umzug zwischendrin zu organisieren.
Very old school motel This is an old motel. The rooms are musty and the bed not very comfortable. Calling this an Inn and Suites is a bit of a joke. It is really a motel from the 50's. Badly needs renovation, particularly for the prices they charge. I would have been "ok" at half the price. Arriving late at night, the Peach Tree looks kind of scary. Do yourself a favor and arrive during the daytime. The location was good and only a couple of blocks to Main Street.
