RecommendedI got my 2nd above ground pool from Peachtree Pools. Every experience I've had over 13 years has been great. I drive 30 minutes to work with their people. They bent over backwards after we lost a pool to Helene. Communication has always been good, they clearly label products and services. If I ever need a pool/hotub/ outdoor furniture I'll go to Peachtree Pools first. Great customer service and courteous employees with amazing products. I am proud to support a local, well run small business! Peachtree Pools for our family!
I first called on 6/15 and spoke with Amanda about having a pool part replaced. I received TAT and quote and told her I would call back to set up. I called back that afternoon to schedule and left a message with someone else for her to return my call. Didn’t receive a call so I called back myself the next day around 11:00am, was promised a return call by the end of the day by a male staff member who stated that it was their busy time of year. I’ve been using Peachtree for 15+ years. I bought a $50 bottle of chemicals today, along with $250 more in chemical and supplies. I drove 5 minutes to my house and realized that I bought something that I didn’t need. I came right back to the same person that sold it to me. They refused to take it back because it was a chemical and then someone gave me a line of crap about DHEC doesn’t allow them to take chemicals back. Went to buy salt. Waited 10 mins for service then was told that even though we bought there in 2020 since there’s a shortage of salt (?) that they couldn’t sell to “non-frequent” customers. Guess that means they do not want customers unless you always buy there. Called Pete Alwine.....they have salt and they want my business.
