"Customer Service is an attitude, not a department"- this is the message on a placard sitting in the lobby of Peachtree Surgical and Bariatrics. Unfortunately, customer service is one of the many things completely missing at this business. I have been working (fighting, struggling, despairing) with Peachtree Surgical for months. I was impressed with the respect an courtesy that the front desk clerk help others as well as myself. Im rating my visit a 3 only because it appeared that the nurse practioner just left my room without letting anyone know i was back there. My consultation was with a nurse practitioner she appeared to be very nice but she seemed to be ready to go for the day. My appointment was at 3:15p. Although she answered all my questions she left and left my file or paperwork in the room so no one knew i was finished or still back there.... read more
