Tim came out within an hour or so of me calling for service. He was nice, professional, and he answered my questions. They are a bit pricey but the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for!” And I’m confident that he did an outstanding job changing pipes, valves, elements, and more on our hot water heater. He checked and double checked when he was done as well. Great, timely service!
Scott came on a call to change what was thought to be a breaker problem and it turned out to be an all day electrical event. He was very polite and respectful and knowledgeable about the job. l would recommend him highly.
They came the same day I called to fix a plumbing issue. The technician was very helpful and professional. I will call them again!
As always, Peaden’s technicians are skilled, efficient and helpful. Today’s electrical technician,Scott, made sure that the repair was done in a manner superior to the previous construction, even though it was a more difficult procedure. Very conscientious and professional.
