It is always nice to be greeted each time by first name and always asked about family and self. Punctuality is so important and great explanation of procedures very helpful!

Dr. G always takes time to listen to my concerns, explain what is going on, and go over options with me. The staff is also wonderful, always incredibly friendly and understanding even though I'm a big wimp about going to the dentist :)
