Dr Joe was great as usual. However, waiting 55 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment was unprofessional. Office staff should call patients whenever delays are that long. I could have finished a project I was working on. Not happy.

It was a hard proceedure. The assistant and doctor said it would take some time because the roots were really long and it did. It was hard but the doctor and assistant did great and I am satisfied with their work and really appreciate their efforts.
