My name is Allan however my daughter Ester is Dr Mills pt. I received a statement from PeakENT and was very surprised and upset i may say, knowing my 17 year old daughter provided the card in the office. I got to say i was very upset about that. I contacted the office this afternoon and was transferred to Shemsa who re-verified our ins and assured me that the ins will be billed and that she will send the claim back. Kell K. I received bill today from Dr King’s office so I called and left voice mail for Shemsa in billing (I hope I got her name right). She called me back with in 20 minutes. She looked over my account and listened to my complaint first. After she checked with her practice manager she was able to help resolve my problem . I appreciate that she was very pleasant and listened to me first before she responded. Very polite and professional, so going forward if I have questions I will be asking for shemsa only.
