I think the staff is great and friendly. When I asked to change my Dr.(because not comfortable) they said I had to have permission from other Dr.'s to do so. My insurance requires I use Peakmed. Walk in hours after 5 to possibly 6pm for those of us who work all day would be awesome. Overall better availability and hours with other clinics. I had to remind Dr. to check an issue for me after he had released me to go home.
