RecommendedThe Pearl team showed up bright and early on the scheduled day. They quickly prepared the pool and surrounding area for the plaster installation, carefully taping off surfaces that needed to be protected. The finished pool looks great! Communication with the Raleigh regional office has been top notch throughout the process.

We met with Pearl Pools last October to discuss a schedule for plastering our pool. We were given a timeline and took a deposit of $40,000 on March 12th. We told the lead time was approximately 6. weeks. Since 6 weeks we keep getting pushed off a week, and then another week and another week. Still no show last week. We reached out end of last week- no response. We texted this morning we need a refund. Of course, they are going to do it Wednesday. It’s been 12 weeks! Do NOT hire this company!!!!
Terrible customer service. We had Pearl Pools refinish our pool 4 months ago. Pool has been leaking out of several cracks in the plaster and can’t get the area manager Dave TURFLE to respond or return calls, text or emails. Obviously do not stand behind their workmanship. Stay far away from this outfit. (Charlotte/ Raleigh area)

Don’t waste your time. They didn't show for our original appt, sent us a crazy expensive baseline proposal that wasn’t specific to our needs and wouldn’t respond to our questions and concerns.

Lack of planning and coordination between Pearl Pools and the local pool company has me left with a pool re-plaster that is discolored and a spa with no light and two companies pointing the finger, but no one willing to complete the job! not to mention, they won't respond to my calls or e-mails. Don't waste your time.

horrible company they have taken almost $10,000 in deposits that they will not return they ave a two year old pool that has gleas beads delaminating and they will jit warranty maybe financial trouble?
