I really wish I could give less than 1 star! This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. I started the partial process the back in November and I have called 2-3 times a week every single week since the last week in December for a status! It's now March & they just informed me 9 days ago that it was put on hold due to my insurance needing to verify that I have other coverage! Not happy with them at all. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. The initial appointment was fine. I made sure they were on Cigna and that claim processed according to his network benefit. He was to come back in January to have the teeth pulled. New deductible, fine. Out part was about $240, which I paid. What they did not bother to tell me is that, while their clinic and the dentist he saw in December are on Cigna, their oral surgeon was not. So the claim was processed at the non-network rate. They messed up my tooth after drilling it 3 different times and I’m still in pain and now they want 90$ just to look at it they won’t even fix what they messed up

Dr. LILES WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY SENSITIVE!! I USUALLY DONT SEE HER AND MY FIRST TIME IS MY LAST TIME. SHE NUMB MY MOUTH, LEFT TO GO TO OTHER PATIENTS, CAME BACK. SHE CHECKED MY MOUTH AND I STATED I FELT PAIN. SHE LIFT ME UP AND ASK ME IM I NERVOUS. I REPLY NO I HAVE HAD TEETH PULLED.. AND ASK HER WAS SHE OK AND IF SHE WANTED TO DO THE WORK. CAUSE I BEGIN TO FEEL UNWELCOMED.. SHE INSTANTLY GOT IN HER FEELINGS. RACHEL PLAYED BOTH SIDES. I ASKED FOR NUMBER TO MANAGEMENT AND WAS DENIED THAT. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!
These people don't know what they are doing. They tell you you owe one thing then 2 months later they send you a bill for twice the amount you payed and charge you a finance charge. I would recommend them to NOBODY.
