My wife and wanted to try a New restaurant and found this one while walking through Bayshore. I’ve been a professional chef for over 20 years and am usually very critical of dining out. I was very impressed by the food, I had Cochinita Pabil, and my wife had the enchiladas, both were very flavorful, and the portions were just right, we also had guacamole which was also excellent. We will definitely be going back for more in the near future!!!!

The food and drinks were fantastic. The ambience and decor were top notch. Definitely the nicest restaurant in the area. Try the guac. If you can handle it, get the spicy!

If you have not tried this new restaurant you must! The food, ambience, and service are all AMAZING. This has to be the best Mexican cuisine in all of NY!
i had the fish tacos which were tasty with the pickled onions. My only recommendation is to tell chef not to overdo the salt sprinkled over it . It takes away from the fresh flavors.Similarly the chips i found to be over-salted. It is a bit pricey $19 for 3 tacos esp. if taco was so tiny that everything was falling out. My rec is to use two tacos to hold it more firmly which a lot of places do if u use the tiny tacos in stead of normal size ones.
