Dr. Socarras is great! He is very caring and professional and always takes the time to explain everything. The office is very cozy and clean and the staff very friendly. The wait is never too long. Appointments are readily available. At the end of each well visit we always receive a newsletter on parenting tips and guidelines for the baby's age and what to expect during the next well visit.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Professional Associates. The practice operates with a rigid, exclusionary policy regarding patient care: they refuse to see children if parents choose not to vaccinate, relying on pressure and scare tactics rather than open, respectful dialogue. It is deeply frustrating to feel like your child is being treated as a "cash cow" rather than a patient. There are other doctors offices that have much more efficiently working offices. Their online system... doesn't work. I've used the portal to communicate with only for them to respond 4 days later. You cannot call directly into the office, you call the number for their company and they will give a message to that location who will have to then tell the doc/nurse you are trying to get a hold of. Referrals take 7-10 days to get. It sucks because I actually like my daughter's doc, but this place is a sh*t show. This is not how ... read more

If you want come and waiting for nothing- that's that place! I did everything what they asked, check in online, come 20 min before.. and was waiting for nothing almost hour. And it's was not busy here..

The staff was nice and pleasant but the doctor seemed to be in a rush. Dr. Malka's bed side manner was subpar. He needs to control his disappointing, judgmental facial expressions and comments. Granted he coming in the room fully covered with PPE (goggle and mask), however you can't hide body language (ie, widening eyes, raised eyebrows, etc.). Made appointment for my son with Dr Siegel, their nurse had to perform some shots on my five year old who is super patient. The nurse is not kind, rude, and impatient. Terrible with kids and scared my son. I personally went because of great reviews but if your child has to get shots don't do it there! They are not kid friendly for shots
