I took my grandkid to the after hour service, fortunately Dr. Rivera saw him and along with the very friendly staff the waiting was very minimum. Thank you Dr. Rivera and Soledad for an excellent job.

I've been with this office since they opened. I can tell they gotten so many patients. It's always packed now. Sometimes it might take a while.My kids get seen by Dr. Junco she is the best. I just wish they had walk in, and a direct line to the actual office.

I absolutely LOVE this doctors office but the wait time is ridiculous! I had to wait for a total of 3 hours! I hope it gets better because I really don't want to have to switch doctors

I take my children and nieces and nephews to pediatric associates and every time is a great experience! Staff is friendly the rooms are very clean and my kids love the nurses and doctors there. I would definitely recommend them!

honestly the actual doctors are amazing but the front desk employees are trash they take no accountability the wait time is 1-2 hours after your appointment the care from the DOCTORS is great but not worth the wait
IM REPORTING THIS FACILITY - After failing to inform my (SICK) grandmother that a form for proof of guardianship is required as a new patient, she agreed to come back another day with the missing paperwork and my younger sister. They didn't even walk outside the door when someone from behind the receptionist desk very clearly said "why don't people have the common sense to have their mom/dad bring them." You work in a children's office and just met these people, yet this person lacked the COMMON SENSE to know never to ASSUME... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to get seen. Everytime I come I never get seen within a reasonable time. It'll take an hour or more before I even get put in a room and once I do get a room it'll be another 45 minutes before the doctor even comes in. it's always a disappointment when I come here. It's takes forever to get seen and then the doctor tries to rush you out and won't give you time to ask questions. I can honestly say that I HATE coming here. Pediatric associates needs to do better.
