Staffs are friendly but wait time is long. Average wait time is about 40 minutes except last visit where we waited about 1hr 20 min. Love the Dr and assistant.
take 2 hours just for the doctor to talk for like 10 minutes and also i said i needed my sports physical today by 2 or i would get of my cheer team and they didn't care
They gave a a wrong referral to a ophthalmologist for my 13 months old! They told me that I am the one who has to research and call different ophthalmologist to ask if they take babies. After researching, I called them to request the referral change. Has been 12 days since that day. Still waiting and all that they said is that the referral is still pending! One hour wait came in for a 10:30 appointment saw the doctor at 11:30 that is ok I don't mind waiting. Gave them my vaccine exemption forum for my son they said give it to the doctor I did. Apparently you have to be vaccinated or pediatric associates will not see your child. I guess the vaccine companies own some of this business or something. It's my child it's my choice what a punch of nonsense!

the worst experience. I made an appointment and traveled 30 min to come to this office that is ghetto. The ladies and the front desk called everyone to come In at 11 to get all the work done. We all sat there with sick kids in the lobby packed. They had no compassion towards walk ins with sick children. Doctor maxwell was extremely unprofessional and aggressive towards my son. What a poor facility honestly their time reaction is very slow as well as poor! They never answer phones being that another office of theirs has to be answering the calls for them i had to speak to multiple ppl whether Coral Springs office, even aventura office every single time i called (Lauderdale Lakes office). The waiting time is ridiculous, I made my appointment for 3:15pm, reached half an hour before my appointment and didn't get called in to see the doctor until 4:00pm. What's the sense to make an appointment if they don't have a timely schedule. WASTE OF MY TIME!
I had an appointment on monday for my 14 year old and my 2 year old. I requested forms for both kids, i was told that i had to come back for the referral form and it would be ready within 2 days. I got home to realize that theu gave me a WIC form for my 14 year old and not my 2 year old. I had a 10 am shot only appointment, I was in the waiting room for more than a hour and other patient that had came in after my schedule appointment was seen before my children. very unhappy with the wait.
