We've been coming here because of the sick visit hours that are available but after hours and normal hours wait time are absurd. You end up in the waiting room for close to an hour and then once your in a room you end up waiting forever again! They need to stop overbooking so much or add some more staff. We are looking for a new doctor for our 2 boys.

If I could give this practice as a whole a lower rating, I would. I have a special needs child with complex medical history...history of stroke, heart defect, epilepsy, arrhythmia...Ended up in Nicklaus Childrens Hospital Urgent Care yesterday and they were wonderful there as usual...but when the urgent care doc wanted to talk to ANY ON CALL DOCTOR in the PA group to determine if we should go to the Emergency Room based on his bloodwork. An absolute disgrace. They always have ridiculous wait times for appointments but on this sick visit it was 90 minutes which will make even the parent sick. Their wanton disregard of appointments and utter lack of empathy or regard for this abusive conduct is appalling. We are leaving the practice as this cannot be the norm.

We have been going to Pediatric Associates for 16 years with my 2 sons. I have never been so disrespected by any office staff like our last visit. We had a scheduled appointment because my child was sick. We walked in the office. Sign in the name on the sheet and simply asked how long is going to be the wait. Receptionist did not even bother to look at me, forget about saying hello and just mumbled "I do not know". I said do you mind finding it our since I have a business meeting to attend in one hour. Waited over an hour for an appointment I made weeks ago. The customer service here has gone down hill. I will be looking for a new doctor.

I use to like this company. But I also use to pay monthly for the gold service. I'm sure I got good service just for that. My first bad experience was on 7/9/11. I wrote the owner about my experience, and I didnt get a reply back. My air had leaked water out onto the floor. I called one hour air since I have a warranty with them. The guy who I spoke with on the phone was nice. He told me I had a warranty still active on my parts and it would cost nothing to send someone out to look at it and fix it.
