My 3 kids are new patients. We only been here once before today. Appointment was at 830, we arrive at 8:25 only to hear that they tried to call to confirm and should’ve sent out a remind text but because they didn’t get a confirmation from me they went ahead and cancelled my sons appointment and gave it to someone else. Recommendedwe called at 8 and had an appointment by 10, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. my daughter really enjoyed the waiting room and we had very little wait time. We were there due to an accident, which resulted in my 3 year old having to have one of her front teeth pulled. Dr. Parker and his assistant were amazing and helped make the very painful process as painless and comfortable as they could. We will continue to use them for all our dental needs 👍🏻
