Thanks for your feedback. Xrays can be taken before or after the dental cleaning as they dont have any impact on the hygiene of the mouth. They must, however be taken before the doctor completes his/her dental exam to assist in determining decay/tooth/bone structure issues. REMOVE THE HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER. I WAS RACIALLY PROFILED! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL.
Very unprofessional. I heard what the office manager said about a patient and I will not take my kids there. Very nice nasty.

It’s unfortunate that an office manager gets blamed for delivering an uncomfortable message to a parent advising that their behavior in the office has terribly offended another dental family as well as the office team and doctors. However uncomfortable, it is the office managers job.
