Good service but I’m looking to getting my tooth out when I come home
My kids went there yesterday and it was an amazing experience!! Everyone was so nice and took time to explain to me what was going on.
We Love Pediatric Dental Group. Never had a bad experience. We have been using them for about 10 years now. They are the best. We love their friendly staff. They always go out of there way to make sure we are taken care off!!
All I can say is that my sons loves dr Hannah Devadhason she is wonderful inn10 years she is the first dentist that my kids love
Everyone there was so polite and told us step by step what procedure they was going to do on my child! I like it very much
I will Never trust PDG on Utica with my kiddos again! I had been bringing my kids here for 13 years with no problems, except for the much longer wait times the last few years,. until today.. My toddler was sedated for treatment and the dentist put 2 unnecessary crowns on his front teeth that were not part of his treatment plan that I had signed & we discussed. I was not asked or even informed before this was done!
Nurse was very rude and sarcastic to me and my mother. I Sat in the lobby for an hour watching those who came in after us go in and waiting to be called back. I then am waiting another 45 in the chair just for the nurse to tell me there are not doctors available and won’t be for a while, and that’s after asking 2 what’s taking so long. (Monse, or any spelling variations, thanks for the waste of time!)
