My son had to work done here. Everyone was kind, and the dentist was patient with me since I was unsure about some of the procedures. She was patient and didn’t judge me since I was so un sure, and then after that, we went ahead and did what she thought was best for his teeth. My child has sensory issues and they were understanding and took care of us. I’m glad I listened to her advice and they were all so kind.
Nancy has the best bedside manner! My preteen has white coat and extreme dental fear and she was amazing with my son! They were some of the best professionals I have worked within the medical field in general! Thank you so much! Oh and omg!! Kim in finance was an entire life saver. She not only helped us with the money price but she also came and checked on our son so many times throughout his procedure and it meant the world!
Cameron was awesome with my granddaughters during the first part of the vision test. She was very patient with them. Dr. Maria Rivera does an awesome job with children. She wasn't pushy or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a dental or vision. We've also brought our grandchildren here for the dental.
Set up an eye appointment for my daughter on a Wednesday for Friday (2 days later), when I went into the appointment was told it was never scheduled. upon looking closer they cancelled because I didn't confirm the appointment, on Thursday. My phone was literally shattered. I have never had to confirm for this before, and it's beyond ridiculous to confirm for an appointment I made less than 24 hrs ago. STOP FRANCHISING HEALTHCARE.
This office was recommended to me by a friend, we went for our 6 months check up with my kiddos yesterday, this place does not disappoint, staff is friendly, the hygienist and Doctor were awesome, they made my 2 year old feel comfortable at the time of cleaning her teeth, they were super nice. Thank you Doctor Byars, we had a great time with you and your staff!!
