We made an appointment for our 19-month-old son, who was going to the dentist for the first time. Dr. Montero was fantastic. She worked efficiently and made our little one feel comfortable throughout the visit. She not only cleaned his teeth but also provided us with valuable advice on how to maintain his dental health. The office had a warm and inviting atmosphere; our little one was so excited that he couldn't resist exploring every corner of it!
I am so grateful to the team at Pediatric Dental Health Associates. They have been caring for my son since he was one year old. They do everything they can to ease my child's anxiety and make his experience positive. Today we had an emergency, my son fell on the sidewalk and knocked his front tooth sideways. We walked in to the office a complete mess hoping they could help. They saw us right away and patched up my son. He left excited about his first visit with the tooth fairy. Thank you Dr. Oppenheim and team!
All of the staff was lovely and EXTREMELY patient. You could tell they were very comfortable working with a toddler (
I took my 18 month old here for his first dentist appointment and it did not go well. I’m sure they are probably great for older kids, but they were very rough with my son despite him being very upset, gums bleeding and in pain. It was hard to watch.
My son went in for an emergency tooth situation (tooth got knocked out). I frantically called his pediatric dentist but since it was past 5pm they could not help except to refer us somewhere else. Luckily a mom friend called her dentist (Pediatric Dental Health Associates) and they stayed open and waited for us to arrive. Dr. Oppenheimer took my son by the hand and reassured him that it would all be ok. She did not know us but treated us like we could have been her patient for years.
