My three year old had his first visit this week. He was very scared, cried a lot before the appointment, but was all smiles when it was over. The staff was great about keeping us informed about what was going to take place and moved at his pace as far as the exam was concerned. They let him touch all the instruments, showed him what each one did, and even "used the tools on mommy" before they ever put anything in his mouth. We had a wonderful visit at Pediatric Dental Partners! The staff was kind and patient with my 3 and 4 year old girls. The environment is very appealing and encourages my kiddos to want to go back again!
Everyone noticed how nervous my 3year old was when we came in. They showed him around and explained what all was going to happen. Showed him the cleaning tools and let him feel them on his hand saying it was only going to tickle. He left with a smile and mama did too! Great people!

It was my son's first time there and he's usually very nervous about going to the Dental office. The staff is very friendly and made my son feel comfortable. The dental hygienist, Terry, was very thorough and taught my son how to brush better. Thanks to her he even make sure he brushes his teeth twice a day using the timer that she gave him. Dr. Shannon was wonderful and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend them. They're great and on the first visit they even give you a welcome gift bag.
