Even with a routy 4 year old with ADHD and a autistic 7 year old they were (and always are) super patient with them. Even as my 4 year old threw a fit in the chair. I can not say enough good things about them!
Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. My 6 year old felt like he had gone like on an outing or a field trip and was very happy and calm with them. They have a train table which he played with in the lobby and several video games in the waiting area.
Dr. Will and the entire staff were great with my daughter. They really make the effort to make sure your child is comfortable with the process. I highly recommend PDS to anyone with kids!
We were seeing another dentist in town and my daughter hated going and sometimes we had to leave without being seen. Since switching to PDS and Dr.Will my little one LOVES the dentist. We left today and she said "mom, it's so relaxing I almost fell asleep"- I wish they did adults! We love Dr.Will and his team and am SO glad we were referred and switched to him 8 months ago! We travel 45 minutes for my kids to go to this office. Their dentist, Dr. Spratling, is very knowledgeable, caring, and has a great bedside manner. The office itself is wonderful. It is the opposite of scary, being an open concept design that is colorful and fun (there is even a video game room). The personnel are friendly. I can't imagine a less stressful environment for my kids!
I am sooo pleased with the service .. this was my daughters first visit and everyone was so nice !
